About
I understand how exhausting and isolating it can feel to search for answers in a medical system not built for complex, chronic illness. My journey into naturopathic medicine began with my own years-long struggle with chronic fatigue, gut dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, auto-immune illness, endometriosis, toxic mold exposure, chronic viral illness and ultimately mast cell activation syndrome. These experiences, combined with extensive clinical training, shaped my commitment to caring for patients with MCAS, chemical sensitivity, tick-borne infections, immune dysfunction and other multi-system disorders.

I use a functional and integrative approach rooted in the belief that chronic illness is multi-factorial—
and that the body’s innate capacity to heal can be supported, strengthened, and guided. My therapeutic toolbox includes botanical medicine, targeted supplementation, IV therapies, nutritional and lifestyle interventions, mind-body practices, homeopathy, and photodynamic modalities, as well as appropriate use of conventional medications including immune therapy / smart drugs. My goal is always to identify the underlying drivers of dysfunction and help patients restore resilience, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
